Cancellation & Refund Policy

Donations

Donations made to Brolly of Children Foundation are voluntary charitable contributions. Since these funds are immediately allocated towards our welfare activities and social programs, donations are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate donation caused by a technical error.
• Incorrect donation amount entered unintentionally.
• Multiple transactions caused due to payment gateway failure.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation transaction and should include the following details:

• Donor Name
• Transaction ID
• Donation Date
• Donation Amount
• Reason for Refund

Refund Processing

Once your request has been verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway processing times and banking procedures.

Foundation's Decision

Brolly of Children Foundation reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after verification of the transaction details and supporting information. The Foundation's decision regarding refund requests shall be final.
